Eat salads avoid eating fried foods or fast foods don’t think that u will not eat or u can lose weight eat but limited ok hope it helps u Nd Heath is wealth

HERE'S YOUR ANSWER⬇
You should be fine and fit to follow a diet. I follow paleo diet. And you also shouldn't start dieting at a very young age as this would result in serious health issues. So I would recommed u to follow a diet in which you have less calories. Timetable actually varys from person to person. And I would recommend u to exercise rather than dieting.
