dont eat fast food, eat only limited food, do exercise daily or go to gym, eat more than more fresh vegetables and many other tips.........

1.morning walk
2.green tea
3.daily exercise
TIME TABLE
1.Eat salad of cucumber and tomato at at 8:am
2.take mid-day meal at 12:30 pm
3.eat salad again in 5:00pm
4.take dinner at 9:00pm
by this process you will lose your weight fast defiantly.
