Answer:

in public - there the rate of medical facilities are at low amount which can be afforded by any person , people of lower and middle classes are seen most of the time in these public hospitals

Private - only higher class of people can afford these medical checkup in private hospitals because of it's rate of expense

THIS IS ON BASIS OF AFFORDABILITY

in public - there is a rush of people due to low expense or you can say low price for medical facilities therefore availability is sometimes low at these hospitals

in private - there is no rush or you can say very few people only are there so availability is more here but expense is high

THIS IS ON THE BASIS OF AVAILABILITY

in public- there is almost same facilities in both public and private . the one of the difference is that the doctors in public hospitals are more experienced because they have examined people from various religion or caste. But because of great demand medical equipments are low that's why it is not expensive.

in private- there is more facilities than from public hospitals but the rate for medical expense. is high. therefore facilities are more compact in private

THIS IS ON THE BASIS OF FACILITIES

Answer:

There are too many facilities

For example. Private facilities are only those who need private health services and in that less capacity will be there.

Public health facilities will for everyone like be safe and be sanitized.

Some people will be there with there opinion that they want private or public health services

Both will be safe. But we should be sanitized in both health services.
