There have been many differences because of Universal Adult Franchise one of which is the election of the candidates by the citizens who are above the age of 18. As these citizens are above the age of 18, they have thier sense of humor in the right place and so the candidate elected holds the power of ruling with all the trust of these citizens.This truly shows the power of the common people who are being represented by the respective candidates.
