Anne Frank found it difficult to find one true friend because, she felt that paper had more patience than people. There was not a person who could understand her well. All her friends were maintaining some distance with her and no one was very close to Anne. They just spoke generally with her. Hence Anne Frank could not find even a single true friend. She never seemed to get any closer with the girls she knew about.
