IT IS TRUE...THERE SHOULD BE APPROVAL OF RULERS FOR TAKING ANY DECISION BUT THIS ONLY IS NOT SUFFICIENT...IT MUST ALSO BE ACCEPTED AND RECOGNISED BY THE CITIZENS....IT SHOULD BE FOR THE BETTERMENT OF PEOPLE .. ALSO IT SHOULD NOT BE AGAINST THE CITIZENS RIGHT OR CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS

#The PRI was known to use many dirty tricks to win the elections. All those who were employed in government offices had to attend it's party meetings. Teachers of government schools used to force parents to vote for the PRI.
# Media largely ignored the activities of opposition political parties except to criticise them.
# Sometimes the polling booths were shifted from one place to the other in the last minute which made it difficult for the people to cast their votes. (opposition party)
# The PRI could not be defeated, even if people were against it. They used some or the other unfair practice and won elections, and elections conducted in Mexico cannot be called democratic
