As vegetable are rich in all types of nutrients such as vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, and other macro and micro nutrients. so by not eating vegetables, one can suffers from the deficiency diseases of all such nutrients.
for example:- vit A- Xerophthalmia, celiac disease, etc
vit B - beri beri , weakness, etc.
vit c - anemia, survy, etc.
vit d- hair loss, bone and back pain, etc.
vit e- Cystic fibrosis, abetalipoproteinemia, etc
proteins - Malnutrition, marasmus, etc
carbohydrates- low blood sugar , hypoglycemia etc
