Hello there,

Mysteries that are solved are no longer categorized as mysteries, while the mysteries that are solved continue to be mysteries till they are solved.

The mysteries that are solved have an explanation so they cease to be mysteries for mysteries have no explanation.

If a so called mystery is solved, it means that the incidents has a clue behind. If the clue is discovered, then the mystery gets resolved.

An incident is called mystery when it has no clue behind.

Mysteries are called mystery which cannot be deciphered logically or which has no clue behind.

There is no difference between unsolved and solved mysteries in this aspect.
