Animals take in oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide while, Plants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen back into the air. Animals depends on plants for food and shelter for survival.

Other than this,  plants need space for growing, the appropriate temperature, air, nutrients, light, water, and time

Plant grow greater and greater ,when plants get the appropriate balance of water, air, sunlight and nutrients, then their cells grow and divide .

Plants provide  oxygen ,shelter for animals  to live. while animals provide  nutrients, help in  pollination and seed dispersal.
