According to me the first three options are partially correct. But their explanation is not clear.

The Indus Valley Civilization was found to be declined around 1800 BCE. Many archaeological resources suggest that main reason for the decline was the invasion of Aryans, a group of Indo-European tribe.

Some other reasons for the decline were extreme climate change and migration of Indus Valley people.

The answers may be

A) Aryans attacked and overran Indus cities.

C) Indus experienced a devastating drought.

D) Indus people migrated to a new region (may be due to invasion or climate change).
