I procastinate when I feel depressed. Sometimes I listen to music or try to distract my brain from my depression.
Even you could grab a notebook and try writting why are you feeling depressed just try to vomit all your emotions on that piece of paper. This is what I do pal.
I am a heavy sufferer of this thing hope you are able to cope with it.
