✔All the cells of this tissue are very active.
✔It is located on middle part of the meristamtic tissue.
✔Aslo at base of the leaves or internodes (or either the side of the node) on twigs.
✔All cells have dense cytoplasm, thin cellulose walls and prominent nuclei.
