Government of any country controls the functioning and administration of the entire country, whether the government is monarchy,anarchy, democratic or any other form of government. Explanation: Government alone cannot decide what decisions should be took. Ideas of various MPs and MLAs are taken up in the parliament in lok sabha and rajya sabha. Also views of citizens are most important.
