What do I hope will take place as innovations in teaching content in the next five years, and how will I adjust if it occurs?​

In teaching you learn as you go. Hence the saying, “You learn more when you teach.” Every day is a new experience and no matter how well you have prepared the syllabus or the weekly or daily teaching plans/content, you need to be always open to make adjustments and adaptation
