What do insect-pollinated plants have that wind-pollinated plants tend not to have?

Insect-pollinated plants have pretty and colourful flowers to attract insects whereas wind-pollinated plants do not need pretty and colourful or aromatic flowers for attracting as they just need wind for pollination.
