Answers
A ordinary bill is a bill which can be introduced in either of the House of Parliament . The bill can be introduced by a minister or by any other member . The member has to take the leave of the house before introducing it. There are three readings of this bill after which the bill is sent to another house where the house has four alternatives to them and they can adopt any one course among them i.e.
(a) Bill may be passed as originally presented in the house.
(b) Amendments can be done to the bill and the same can be returned to the house where the bill was originally brought.
(c) Bill may be rejected.
(d) House may not take any action and keep the bill pending like as it is.
If the Bill is passed by both the house, then it is sent to the President and after the assent of the President, the bill becomes an Act
