pancreatic juice is defined as an alkaline secretion of the pancreas containing enzymes that aid in the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Pancreas juices consists of following.

. Trypsin

. Pancreatic amylase

. Lipase

Trypsin converts proteins into peptides

While lipase converts fats into glycerol and fatty acid. Pancreatic amylase converts starch to maltose
