HEYA MATE HERE UR ANSWER,

One method was to make some aluminum rings as per the size of the birds legs. Then to put these rings around the legs of the birds. When they are in the sky, the aluminum will shine and birds can be recognized . the other method mentioned was to use a particular color to paint the legs to identify them.
