Understand that the federal system is a hierarchical governing system, which is divided in federal, state and local governments. The most successful way of implementation is for the three levels to work together instead of being territorial about their own level, or department. These levels work together far more than gossip or the media would let on, because when you are hired in a government position in any of these levels you have to take an oath and adhere to all the agency’s policies. When you work as a government professional it is about service to the people and most of the people who have these jobs adhere to them. Any government agency at any level is subject to rules and service to the people to the best of their abilities and be most efficient.

It does not matter whether you work in the Bureaucracy, legislative or judiciary, you are there to adhere to the rules and regulations and do service to the people.
