Any H attached to an electronegative atom can behave as acidic hydrogen. In addition to that, we can use following general rule: 

Acidic Strength: Alkane  < alkene < NH3 < Alkyne < alcohol < Water < Phenol < Nitrophenol < H2CO3 < RCOOH < Benzoic acid < HCOOH < Picric Acid.

As only acetylene has acidic hydrogen ion (H+), so it will evolve hydrogen gas with Na.
