the two roads in the poem the road not taken stands for the important decisions one take on his/her life. everyday we make many choices which are helpful and some are painful but at certain point of life we come across a situation where we have to take a decision which decides our life. the two roads in the poem stand for that important decisions we take in such point of life. one of them is frequently traveled or many people choose that road/decision as it is easy and most of the time we succeed.. on the other hand the other road is less travelled by and very few people choose their road/decision as it is hard to reach and sometimes we many fail.

This is from the poem -' The Road Not Taken '. Here the 2 roads reefers to the choices we make in our lives. In the poem the author comes to a point where there are 2 roads and he has to choose any one of them but he cannot decide that which will be better for him. He wishes that he could travel both of them but he can't. From both of them one is frequently travelled and the other not used much. The poem didn't wanted to become the part of the crowd and so he chooses the one less travelled. Many times in our life we also have to face such situation where we can't decide what will be better for us eg. if we say in our daily life then - like choosing any one from going to picnic or study at home OR choosing any one from 2 of ur very good friends. Its was just a simple example but its much more than that. But in such situations we have to act bravely and wisely. If we want to achieve something great then we have to choose a different and wise path which will decided our life and work hard on that decision.
