what do the supreme court and heigh court do for the enfocement of the fundamantal right

They protect our fundamental right when anyone violate it.They will protect the rights of victim and they have the power to punish violater. And also if anybodies rights are violated then they can directly move to court or we can write a letter to court called PIL ( Public interest litigation ) .
