what do the supreme court and high courts do for implementation of fundamental rights ?

Supreme Court and high court have the power to issue writs (such as, Habers Corpus, Prohibitation, etc.) which help them in implementation of fundamental rights.

Thus, if any person whose fundamental rights are violated can move to either of these courts for its reinforcement.
