The two roads stands for or our decisions which came to our mind in any situation of our life . The two roads refers to the ideas which comes in your mind in any situation. And according to the poem we the poet is confused that which road he should choose, which gives us lesson that while choosing our decisions and making our decisions for any situation we should be very careful about the situation.
