They just study ,study and keep studying..
They take some regular breaks and also watch funny cartoons to keep themselves away from stress

Hello
I think there are two types of toppers
1. First one is very hard working and he or she studies all day with concentration.
2. Second one studies only 5 hours a day with full concentration.
