Development supervision is the form of supervision that was followed in the 1860s which depended on the following supervisions;
(i) While the time spent advancing toward fitness, supervisees progress through stages that are subjectively not quite the same.
(ii) Each supervisee stage requires a significant supervision condition, if ideal supervisee fulfillment and development are to happen.
While evaluating the time spent while moving toward fitness, every supervisee travel through a series of stages that are very subjective and are not as same as the other.
Every supervise stage requests a subject extraordinary condition of supervision, if an ideal situation of development and fulfillment should happen gradually.
