Law of conservation of mass ;- mass can neither be created nor destroyed by chemical reaction.

AnSweR;- 2.
No, the distance and displacement is not same.

Distance means the length of the path you moved while displacement is the difference between your initial and final position.

Eg: suppose you went to a shop which is located 5 km from your house and return back. then in this case your covered total 10 km hence the distance covered by you is 10 km but if you as about the displacement then your displacement is zero because your initial and final position is same. Because you started from your house and returned back to your house only.
