Lymph is a fluid which contained within lymph vessels and lymphatic organs such as spleen and tonsils.

It is responsible for removal of interstitial fluid from our tissue. It absorbs and transport fatty acids and fats from the digestive system. It transports white blood cells to and from the lymph nodes in to the bones.
