I am giving a small paragraph on this topic. You can expand it accordingly with few more appropriate points.

Material commodities, including money, are known to be an important source of happiness. Although many tend to disagree with it, at the end of the day it all comes down to satisfying one's needs and wants. Having the necessities may seem to be enough, however, humans are by nature jealous and seem to find more interest in the possessions of others. The unlikeliness of not possessing things that the others have but we do not have may make a person unhappy. However, possessing something which someone else does not have will make the person feel like they have an upper hand.

A person may not have a loved one with them all the time, however, having an unlimited supply of money and possessing materialistic goods will make the person overcome their loneliness up to a huge extent. It may give a negative idea about the person being materialistic and unemotional, but it is the practicality of life.

There is a saying that 'health is the only wealth'. It may be great to have good health all the time. However, not having wealth to satisfy one's wants may depress the person even more. Today people are discriminated based on their social status. So, it becomes important to possess a lot of wealth in order to gain respect and attain a good reputation in the society.
