a place which belongs to China under the province qinghai (UTC+8). Mangnai also known as Mangya. It is an Administrative Committee of Qinghai Province, China. It is under the administration of Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture .The Huatugou Airport is located in Mangnai.
