unicellular organisms are those organisms having body made up of one cell eg. amoeba
where as the multicellular organisms body is made up of many or multi cells
eg. human beings

Unicellular organisms are the organisms that have only one cell and that cell performs all the living function for that organism. EG:- amoeba and paramecium

Multicellular organisms are those organisms that have many cells and the labour in functioning of organism is divided among cells and organs formed from cells.
