it states that stretch your left hand such that forefinger,central finger and thumb are mutually perpendicular to each other if forefinger in the direction of magnetic field and central finger in the direction of current, then thumb will give the direction of force.

Fleming's Left Hand Rule States that_

When You Place The Fingers Of your left Hand Mutually Perpendicular,The Thumb is in the direction of force of Conductor,the Forefinger is in the direction of magnetic Field

and while the middle Finger is in the Direction of Current flowing in the Circuit.
