\textbf{Judiciary} refers to the system of courts in a country. When all the levels of courts are put together at one place, it is called Judiciary.

In India, we have a Supreme Court, each High courts for all states, District courts and Subordinate courts.

The \textbf{Appellate system} means that one person can appeal to a higher court if they belives that the judgement passed by the lower court is not just.

Hope it helps you !
