What do u understand by work? If the direction of displacement is different from direction of force , calculate the work done

Heya mate!



Work is said too he only done when any force covers any Displacement.

If there is no Displacement,work done is said to be zero.

And if the direction of Displacement is different from the direction of force,then 180° will be formed between them due to which work done will be negative.

In the pic shown above though is tooti-footi☺ but I just made to show you that F is Force and D is the Displacement of the body and it makes 180°.
