What do we learn from story of Sri Lanka ? Should India follow Belgian model?

Firstly we cannot learn from a small country like Sri Lanka...we only learned we have to respect and give equal rights to minorities.Secondly Belgium's model is only good for a small country with two ethnicities but can't be applied in India with huge population.

◆Both the countries were democratic but they violated the rules of democracy using majority power these things are unacceptable to the society

◆India has no need to follow Belgian model because there is no social conflict and everyone are adjusted with the current model
