believe in being open minded i.e words learn something new everyday. Have a positive atittude. Influence people positively because that is Leadership. Be creative, analyze situations, turn issues & risks into opportunities, and ownership.

To do differently one should think differently, to say think out of the box, to think out of the box one should be

•Creative

•Innovative

•Visionary

•Competent in knowledge

•Competent in industry (management/technical)

Having all these is difficult but one should understand ones strength and convert it into opportunity and overcome the weakness.

I basically know my strengths are knowledge in technical aspects and management concepts and applying it as and when needed, while going at par with the change in technology, embracing changes by studying it in Marco and micro level. It’s always good to ask questions to self before we seek out for answers, take some time surfing net get to know the competitor, the trends and update and perform CPD’s to grasp knowledge in the various industries related or non-related to work (you would never know until u come up with a situation that it was great that you have read about it) then develop and adopt management concepts in pratical situation (you can use many concepts to develop a better one making a new concept if you can figure out better advantages).
