If a conflict arises between you and your friend then you can do these things:
1. know the reason for the conflict. And try to solve it.
2. If the reason of conflict is you then by any how by saying sorry or etc you need to convay your friend.
3.If the conflict arises by your frnd then u stay calm and let the friend to do what he want.
4. if the friend is very close to u and its not your fault than also say sorry to your friend to stay in a good relation with your friend.
