what do you do when you angry at someone in your dorm because he/she insulted you?

I try to be calm and patient when I get angry if someone insults me in my dorm room.

- It's not necessary to show an inappropriate behaviour same as the other person.

- I also tell that other person to think and speak certain things.

- I don't shout loudly at anyone if they insult me because it's not a good behaviour.

- I ask them to sit down so that we can talk and clear out our misunderstandings.
