- Hey we don't need to worry when we feel depressed :)
- Only thing we should do is that talking to our family members.
- Calling/texting our friends.
- Be with someone who gives positive vibes.
- We should stop being on cellphones all day, instead interact with people close to us, face to face.
- Spend time with small children, trust me they are the best vibe giving souls :)
- Just don't overthink and don't be in like lonely places.
- we should share our feelings. we shouldn't keep them with ourselves.
- And you should know that you are doing better and better.
