Centrifugal force is not a real force. It is an inertial force established so that Newtonian laws are valid when observing motion in an accelerated frame of reference. Centripetal force is the force that an object feels when is in a circular motion...!!☺☺

hey!!

here is ur answer!!

================================

Centripetal Force :

As we all know we have read that in a linear motion, a force is needed to change the direction of motion of a particle..

In circular motion at each point of circular path, the particle continuously changes its direction of motion. This change cannot be brought without any force..

Thus,

The motion in circular path is possible only under the influence of a force which is known as Centripetal Force..

In short : A force acting on a body towards the centre of a circular path..

CENTRIFUGAL FORCE

Centrifugal force is in a direction opposite to the direction of centripetal force.

Its magnitude is same as that of centripetal force..

It is not the real force but is a fractious force assumed by an observer moving in a circular path.

In short :

A Force acting on a body away from the centre of circular path is known as centrifugal force..

Hope it helps ^^
