His father was Mohandas karmchandra gandhi Diwan of Rajput .his mother name was mrs.Putli bi,she was a pious lady .he get higher education of matrix from England .she came to India in 1915 and started satyagrah in 1916 .he was interested in politics.he joined Congress .he always work for the people and played a very important role in making India free from Britishers . he got died in 30 January1948 because of Nathuram godsey .
