Answer:
Jhelum river : The Jhelum river is a river that flows from the Indian administered territory of Jammu and Kashmir through the Pakistan administered territory of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and into Pakistani Punjab. It is the western most of five rivers of the Pinjab region and passes through the Kashmir valley. It is a tributary of the Chenab river and has a total length of about 725 km.
Tawi river : The Tawi river flows through the city of Jammu. The Tawi is a major left bank tributary of river Chenab. Tawi river is considered sacred and holy river as in the case with most rivers in India.
Hope it helps.
