when a country become free from British rule in 1947 at required rule guide as every country has its own constitution rulebook so the most brilliant Minds of that period such as PT Nehru BR Ambedkar extra decided to frame the Indian constitution they made a constituent assembly it had 398 members and was elected by the provincial assembly is all those member had a great difficulty in framing the Indian constitution and there were so many caste and religion and they had a considered about the all so finally a drafting committee under the presidentship of BR Ambedkar was made and they completed the whole constitution in 2 years and 11 months of time in 1948 with the cost of 6 crores of Rupees and implemented on 26 of January 1950
