Answer:

Hii Mate ✌

a) Pole :- It is the midpoint of the spherical mirror.

b) Centre of Curvature :- It is the point in the centre of the mirror that passes through the curve of the mirror and has the same tangent and curvature at that point.

c) Focus :- It’s any given point, where light rays parallel to the principal axis, will converge after getting reflected from the mirror.

d) Radius of Curvature :- It’s the distance between pole and the center of curvature.

e) Focal Length :- It's the distance between pole and focus of the spherical mirror. It is half of Radius of Curvature.

f) Principal Axis :- The imaginary line passing through the optical center and the center of curvature of any lens or a spherical mirror.

g) Object Distance :- It's the distance between pole and object.

h) Image Distance :- It's the distance between pole and image.

i) Magnification :- Magnification is the increase in the image size produced by spherical mirrors with respect to the object size.

It is the ratio of the height of the image (h') to the height of the object (h) and is denoted as m.

Magnification (m) is also equal to the ratio of image distance (v) to the object distance (u).

i.e. m = h'/h = -v/u
