what do you mean by a high tension and a low tension battery.?please explain in detail.

Hey,,
High tension battery is a kind of battery having high potential difference between it's two poles(i.e +ve and -ve),consequently having a huge voltage.it's DC,used as high power supply.
symbolically it's denoted as a lot of batteries placed one by one.
Low tension
Low tension battery is the battery which has very low potential difference between it's electrodes. Ex: 15 volt is battery is the example of the low tension batter.
