A.P is a series which terms cantains equal difference.

Assume a A.P. which first term is 'a' and common difference is 'd'.

=> a, a+ d ,a +2d , ..... terms containe A.P.

Example =>

(1) 1,2,3,4,5,6........ is a A.P. series

which first term is "1" and Common difference is also "1"

(2) 1,4,7,10,........ is A.P.

first term = 1

Common difference = 4-1= 3
