Here is the answer -

The, blood vessels are of 2 types -

1. Artery- These are the vessels which transport oxygenated pure blood from heart to all parts of body.

2. Vein- These blood vessels carry impure, deoxygenated blood from various parts of body to heart. These contain blood with less pressure. These vessels have seminular valves at many places to prevent the opposite flow of blood.
