colloids produced by the aggeration of large number of attraction towards appositely charge ions in a solution are called Associated colloids

Associated colloids are those colloids which behave as normal strong electrolytes at low concentration but exhibit colloidal properties at higher concentration due to the formation of aggregated particles . The aggregated particles thus formed are called Micelle.
