Balanced diet - diet consisting of a variety of different types of food and providing adequate amounts of the nutrients necessary for good health.

Malnutrition -bad health that is the result of not having enough food or enough of the right kind of food.

Balanced diet - a balanced and proper diet is necessary for our body and it contain various essential nutrients like , fat proteins, carbohydrates ,mineral , water to maintain energy our body.

All the nutrients are essential for our growth, our body muscles and for overall body. Carbohydrate are sugar.

Carbohydrate are also called saccharides. Carbohydrate food contains is sugar and starches that provide energy in the form of glucose .

Food and vegetables contains a good source of Carbohydrates.

Grain include wheat rolled oats, barley , brown riceand rye . Corn pasta potatoes and bread contain carbohydrate.

Protein provide strength to our bone mineral have many important properties that why the mineral is included in balanced diet

Malnutrition - it mean poor nutrition . Means a person can get enough nutrition or balanced diet is called malnutrition.

If we don't get balanced diet we are suffering from several unwanted diseases and it's lead to make our body weak
