Biodiversity is the existence and variation of all living organisms (plants, humans, animals and other living organisms) in the ecosystem including marine living organisms, inter alia and other aquatic ecosystems. Further, biodiversity also encompasses the diversity of ecosystems and diversity among the species as well. In other words, the services of every ecosystem to which the living beings are linked are a part of biodiversity. Biodiversity is important to human beings and all the natural ecosystems existing. The ecosystem productivity is escalated through biodiversity.
